Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and project goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve our design systems and style guides.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Ability to present design concepts and ideas clearly.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects or Principle.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based frameworks.
